SOY TU FAN BY JAVI GAUNA

Soy Tu Fan is a super cool podcast made by Javi Gauna, where we chat with voice actors who have their own home studios. We've got Spaniards and Latin Americans in the mix. Yeah, they do some in-person work too, but they spill the beans on how they set things up in their cozy caves. We dive into topics like microphones, preamps, software, rates, prep, and training, and share our tales from the client zone. And if we've got the time, we might even explore some woo-woo stuff.

We're a pretty solitary bunch due to the nature of our gig, so there are times when we feel a tad lonely. We constantly self-direct our clients' projects, which can lead to some mood swings and emotional roller coasters. So, having a podcast to let it all out, learn from others, and build connections, I reckon it's a reasonable motive.

And as an added bonus: I sneakily wanna connect Latin and European voice-overs somehow. Or at least, that professionals from both sides of the Atlantic get to know the work that each other does.
